Commission Work

I work hard to ensure a proper paint job with the appropriate finish that suits every piece. Old pieces are full of character with imperfections that give furniture pieces soul, overcoming the test of time & I intentionally attempt to preserve their character by keeping some signs of aging in every piece.

The paint job is done by hand using a paint brush to give a unique texture and effect to every piece. I do not use a sprayer. I embrace imperfections, they make us human =)

If you are looking for a smooth, solid & uniform factory finish, then finding someone who spray paints would be best.

You are entrusting me with a piece that belongs to you or a loved one and i thank you for giving me the opportunity to breathe a new life into your piece and keep the untold stories & memories alive. With that trust, i hope you give me the artistic freedom which in turn allows me to realize the potential of each piece I'm reviving. We will choose the color scheme and style together and rest assured that i will treat your pieces with care.

The price of restoring & reviving your piece is on a case by case basis and will depend on how much work it will require (restoration, overall paint job and artistic finish).

Getting the piece to my place of work is your responsibility; you can either arrange it yourself or If you prefer that i arrange it, there will be an additional cost on a case by case basis.

i wrap my pieces with caution after completion to avoid any accidents that might damage your finished item. Please note that once you pick up your piece, any damages thereafter is your responsibility.
