Local delivery: In Toronto & GTA Areas (60 to 70km radius maximum): Please ask for a delivery quote BEFORE purchasing. To purchase a piece and have it delivered to you, please go to "shipping method" at check out & select Local delivery with your address & information. I will then contact you to schedule the date & time.

Please note that i only offer delivery to your doorstep.

I understand that sometimes falling in love with a piece might not work in your home as expected. Therefore, i offer a return possibility within 48 hours of delivery, that could be initiated by sending an email to craftedtreasuresbynataly@gmail.com. You will receive a full refund for the price upon return to my location. After i receive it, inspect for any damage & insure it is in the same condition as sold, a refund can be issued.

Please note that any delivery costs incurred during the return process is your responsibility.

All shipping fees are non refundable.

After receiving your return order & confirming that the items are intact, have no damage & are in a good condition with their original packaging, i will then issue the refund to the original payment method you used to pay. Please allow up to 15 days for the carrier or your bank to transfer the funds.
